- Resort Name: Farm Aravinda - Celebrations Venture of Farm Aravinda Resorts Pvt Ltd
- Resort Check-in Time - 12:15 PM.
- Resort Check-Out Time - 09:15 AM.
- Client and his/her parties/guests has to submit valid Id Proofs with sign while check-in into the Resort to resort management.
- Care/Protection of belonging lies on the client, resort management is not responsible for loss/theft of any belongings.
- Client will have to compensate in the event of any loss of property or appliances in the resort caused due to any event of the client.
- Resort has the power back-up capacity of 4 hours(General back-up to support lights and fans in rooms) and in case of unexpected and prolonged power cuts clients has to arrange for alternate back-up.
- List of prohibited activities inside resort:
- Alcohol Consumption.
- Hookah Consumption.
- D.J. Sound System.
- Playing Cards.
- Drug Consumption.
- Betting or Gambling Activities.
- Any sort of illegal/illicit activities.
- Resort Management will not be held accountable in case of any kind of police raids or booking legal case in the event of any kind of illegal act done by the client and his/her parties.
- Resort Management can make the client and parties vacate the property at any point of time if client is found practicing any illegal or prohibited activity or creating any sort of nuisance against the terms and conditions mentioned in booking form.
- Resort Management is not be held responsible for any sort of health issues raised or deaths while staying in resort premises.
- No refund policy is mandate for all the clients.
- Swimming Pool timings frim 12:30 PM to 09:00 PM Only.
- Below given are the swimming Pool Norms:
- Only trained swimmers can enter the pool.
- Only Nylon wear is allowed in the pool.
- Kids are allowed to swim only in the baby pool under guidance of client and his/her parties present in the resort.
- Pool timings must be strictly followed.
- Client and his parties will be held accountable for any sort of accidents/deaths in the pool.
- Vehicles must be parked in the parking zone allotted outside main gate and resort management is not responsible for any loss or damage or theft of vehicles.
- Resort Management is not accountable for any event breakdown due to any kind of natural calamities caused.
- Pets are not allowed into the resort premises.
- Un Married couples are allowed only after submitting proper Id proofs and local person surety.
- In case of number of inmates/guests exceed as per the discussion ,1000 will be charged for extra inmate/guest.
- Client can cancel the booking with a prior intimation of 24hours before booking date and no refund will be issued for the same.
Note 1: Clients can avail themselves of the DJ & Alcohol Parties only when they submit a written permission from the respective Government Authority to the resort management.
Note 2: Any Disputes arising are subjected to Karimnagar, Telangana jurisdiction only.
